I have been a service-based entrepreneur since 2012, with bricks & mortar businesses (childcare centres), in-home services (construction, home organisation) and online services (life coaching, business coaching).
Prior to a decade of being all-in on my own businesses, I led service-based organisations for others and have experience managing up to 20 employees and up to 50 volunteers.
I have a business degree, postgraduate diploma in teaching, coaching training and experience, experience as a business owner and more. Most importantly though, I am passionate about helping other business leaders find balance and harmony in a way that's easier for them than it was for me.

Will we only work on my business?
No, definitely not. We look at all areas of your life as well as your business. When a person is stressed about their relationship, family, health etc - or is disorganised at home - their business won't be the best it could possibly be. Together we look at the whole picture to ensure you have the greatest possible success in the easiest possible way.
My business is product-based. Can I work with you?
After being a service-based entrepreneur since 2012, with bricks & mortar premises, in-home work and online services, I am confident that mentoring service-based entrepreneurs is my strength. This doesn’t mean I can’t help people other people, but there are probably others out there that can better support entrepreneurs who have other aspects to consider such as manufacturing/production, importing/exporting, etc.

Is a Business Mentor the same as a Business Coach?
A Business Mentor is more than a Business Coach. A Business Coach may not have travelled the path before you. They might have a coaching certification (and maybe not even that), and be using coaching techniques that rely on you having the knowledge and expertise of how to run a business and/or your chosen field. The business experience they bring to the table for you to utilise might not extend past their coaching practice they operate. (Make sure you check!)
On the other hand, a Business Mentor has experience in running a business in the relevant field (in my case small to medium sized service-based businesses). A good Business Mentor shares generously from their own experience, so you can benefit from their mistakes, and from their successes too, of course!
A Business Mentor works with you in practical ways to develop and grow your business, suggesting specific actions that you can implement and supporting you to do so. They will identify areas that need improvement, development, or simplification rather than relating ion you to know what areas could be better.
